As our product is a digital virtual product, no refunds are supported once the video is completed for any reason. However, if you are dissatisfied with the video, we offer the following two options:

  1. Actor-related issues:

If there are issues related to the actor (such as reading the script incorrectly, not using the specified music, birthday song, or Christmas song you purchased, or not kissing the photo), these are considered actor-related issues. We are happy to reshoot for you free of charge! Just contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in making the necessary adjustments or creating a new video that meets your expectations. Rework will be made based on your feedback for reasonable adjustments or changes. The redo service is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  1. Your issues:

If you are personally dissatisfied with the video upon completion and need to change any aspect of the order (team, music, text), we offer a half-price after-sales service. Since actors complete videos according to the order details, and they incur charges for each new video they shoot, if you want to change any aspect of the order after the video is completed, our website will bear half of the cost, and you only need to pay half the price of the original video to get a new one. Contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase for the half-price reshoot service, which is only available once.
