- Orders
To order, provide your name, email, payment info, and images. We'll create and deliver videos to your email.
- Payment
Agree to pay specified fees on our website using valid payment info.
- Delivery
Videos will be sent to your provided email. We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe but don't guarantee a specific timeline. Check your spam folder for emails.
Contact us for errors in personalized videos; we'll provide a solution promptly.
No compensation for:
- Actors dancing "too little."
- Personalized videos being too short (average 40-60 seconds).
- Text mispronunciations; actors can't guarantee perfect pronunciation in every language.
- Intellectual Property
You keep image rights. By providing images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for video creation. We retain video rights; no reproduction without our written consent.
- Warranty and Liability
We warrant defect-free videos for 30 days. Disclaiming all warranties, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Privacy
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement follows laws without regard to conflicts. Disputes resolved through arbitration; language is English.
- Miscellaneous
This Agreement is the entire understanding. Amendments posted on our website; your continued use implies acceptance.
